We will present, in writing, a fair, open and competitive price for your vehicle purchase.  We will also always fully disclose your true payment up front without any hidden fees.


TRADE-IN VALUE – We will present, in writing, a fair, open, and market-based price for you trade-in vehicle.

MARKET-BASED PRICING – We price our pre-owned vehicles based on market conditions, not on an opinion or guess.  We back this pledge by showing you the selling price of similar used vehicles in the marketplace.

SATISFACTION – If you buy a vehicle from H & H, and you decide within 3 days or 150 miles that the vehicle does meet your wants and needs, just bring it back and exchange the vehicle for another one.  It’s that easy.  Ask an H & H manager about the simple conditions.

117-POINT INSPECTION – Most H & H pre-owned vehicles go through a rigorous 117-point inspection before being displayed on our lot.  Vehicles that do not receive a 117-point inspection are still closely examined for a safety items and are clearly market AS-IS.

QUALITY ASSURANCE – We WILL NOT sell a vehicle with a salvage title, flood damage, frame damage or odometer inconsistencies.  You have our assurance that all vehicles have a traceable history, and we will proudly present a CARFAX report with every used vehicle at H & H.
